The ideal candidate will assist in driving revenue growth by managing client relationships, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients. This role is crucial in helping the sales team meet their targets while ensuring top-notch service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- Client Support & Communication :
- Assist in managing client inquiries and responding to customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between the media sales team and clients.
- Sales Coordination :
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for potential and existing clients.
- Assist in generating quotes, negotiating pricing, and securing contracts.
- Track and update the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads and prospects are followed up.
- Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and media trends.
- Assist in analysing competitor activities and media pricing to keep the team informed.
- Administrative Support :
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including client databases and contracts.
- Ensure all sales documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
- Provide regular administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel.
- Actively participate in community events when required by the business.
- Media Inventory Management :
- Help monitor available media inventory and track media placement schedules.
- Work with the production team to ensure campaigns are executed according to client expectations.
- Reporting and Analysis :
- Track sales progress and prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist with analyzing sales data and providing recommendations for improvement. Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or media-related roles is advantageous.
- Skills :
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of media industry trends and platforms is a plus.
