Summary:
ACM in Beloit, WI, is currently seeking a Regional Engagement Manager that will cover the Northeast region. This position will report to the Director of Customer Engagement and will be responsible for managing and growing ACM’s business for all product lines.
Objectives for this Role
- Increase annual sales for region
- Improve customer conversion (number of branches served in region)
- Enhance customer retention
Primary Responsibilities
- Create strategic sales plan to address:
- Branches with declining ACM wallet share
- Introducing ACM products to branches that are not currently customers
- Growth opportunities in region
- Provide feedback on regional competitors.
- Identify ABC Customer product discount opportunities.
- Support ABC Supply Co. branches in the acquiring and servicing of large gutter customers.
- Lead sales/demand forecasting for region.
- Maintain relationships with Branch Managers and appropriate regional management.
- Represent ACM at regional events.
- Provide feedback on collateral to Marketing.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of organization.
- 10 years experience in the building industry.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Work Environment
- Location: Beloit, WI.
- Work hours: Full time.
- Noise is common in the manufacturing environment, ear protection should be work 100% of the time when in the manufacturing areas.
- Safety glasses are worn 100% of the time when in the manufacturing areas.
- Machines have pinch points, fast moving parts and protruding parts which could potentially cause injury.
