- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information.
- Demonstrate excellent professional phone etiquette while engaging with customers to create a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer service delivery.
- Maintain a professional office environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is required. Call center experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various computer systems and software, including Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service call centers or outbound calling is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
