Shop Helper

POSITION PURPOSE: The Shop Helper position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of flagpole preparation and flagpole installation. This is a physically demanding job.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist with all aspects of preparing flagpoles and flags for shipping.
• Polish and assemble flagpole castings
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
• Pack flag and flagpole parts for shipment
• Restock shelves and label flag boxes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Other miscellaneous warehouse

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Work effectively as part of a team and have a positive attitude

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions consistently and accurately
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 80# unassisted
• Have valid driver’s license and be able to pass background and drug test
• Must speak English and have reliable transportation

SCHEDULE:

Full Time, Monday thru Friday, between 7:00AM and 3:30 PM
