Salary Range: $62,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually

Your Role as Service Supervisor:
As the Service Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring our service and parts department are functioning efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Training, appraising, and supervising service and parts department employees
- Utilizing the most cost-efficient and effective means for all service orders while upholding Acme Tools' customer service and safety standards
- Managing day-to-day operations (reviewing daily productivity reports, maintaining inventory, and ordering parts, participating in department interviews, employee relations and terminations, and creating cost budgets and profitability within the department, etc.)
- Planning and coordinating schedules for department employees to optimize productivity and ensure goals are being met
- Evaluating proficiency, keeping Service Technicians adequately trained, and advising the team on motor repair and refurbishment techniques
- Managing and driving positive customer experiences
- Ensuring Service Technicians are being held accountable for the quality of their work
- Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activity
- Completing related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of gas engines, internal combustion engines, electric motors, pumps, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills, computer skills, and the ability to learn new software
- Knowledge of tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, pull, and push throughout your shift
