What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local CDL A Company Driver - 1st Shift position at Acme Transportation Company?
Acme Transportation is looking for company drivers for 1st shift home daily positions. This is a 90% intermodal driving position with local pick ups and deliveries from the rail yards to customers. We do travel a 200 mile radius of University Park, IL on occasion but we are primarily within 75 miles of the terminal. Requirements :
- A minimum of Two Years experience.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Show dedication and longevity at previous employment.
- No refusals of dispatch.
- Be willing to run all legal hours of service.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent MVR.
- Intermodal experience is a must!
- 100% No Touch.
- CDL A HOURLY first shift home daily driving position.
- The rate is $23.00 / per hour with time and a half after 40 hours per week.
- We operate newer, well-maintained equipment.
