What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Building and Asset Manager position at Acme Transportation Company?
The warehouse/building and asset manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and supervise staff. You will ensure the maintenance of the facility and company assets.
- Must have a drivers license. CDL A preferred
- Must have forklift experience
- Must have management experience
- Must be able to do light maintenance on equipment and the facility
- Proficient with Microsoft and Google Office software
- Shipping and Receiving
- Knowledge of OSHA Rules and Guidelines
- Commercial Transportation Background preferred
- Intermodal, Dry Van, and Flatbed loading experience
- Steel Handling experience
