What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Cashier - Part Time position at ACMGMT LLC?
Essential Functions
- Answer calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Ability to provide basic dealership information to callers with general inquiries
- Strive to minimize the amount of time a customer spends on hold
- Process sales and service department tickets
- Assists with administrative tasks as needed
- Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers
- Reconcile cash drawer and credit card batch at the end of shift
- Scan and prepare paperwork for accounting as needed
- Issue refunds following approval process
- Issue Receipts for Down payments, Ordered Units, Cash Deals
- Checking Car Deals IN & OUT- Nightly Check of deals that aren't returned.
- Checking out Dealer Plates, Nightly check of any plates not Returned.
- FedEx Shipping
- File car deals, Stock in Keys
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- Call customers for Refund checks / When Plates are ready to be picked up.
