Job Summary
The Sr. Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in the development, growth, health and retention of major external partner relationships. He or She works with our partners to drive business goals and objectives that provide the best possible experience for our customers while maintaining and improving profitability. Specific areas of focus include product enhancements, product launch, management, product marketing management, process optimization, market research analysis and end user management and support.
Job Duties
- Conduct regular scheduled meetings with partners and stakeholders to ensure needs are met.
- Provide clear and consistent direction to supporting teams to drive business goals.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Management / Ownership ensuring product is performing by analyzing detailed financial data with Finance department and ability to explain what is happening with the product and why based on financial analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key business indicators and ensures accurate and timely delivery of data.
- Serve as the primary point of contact as it relates to overall account, new opportunities and escalations.
- Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with external partners. Maintaining and Relationship building with partners and vendors is a key requirement for this position.
- Research and analyze current industry trends in the market to identify new product enhancement opportunities.
- Identifies new partnerships and assists in developing new relationships.
