Do you have experience in helping troubleshoot computer system irregularities? Take your IT experience to the next level! ACNB Bank, in historic Gettysburg, PA, is looking for a novice techie to perform a variety of duties to support the Help Desk function by caring for the best customers in the world, our employees!
What You Bring to the Table:
- Education: An Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma is required.
- Skills: A basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products with excellent analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. Having about 2 years of related experience is helpful.
- A familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred but not required.
- Ability: To stand, stoop, bend, climb, and lift items up to 50 lbs. Visual and auditory skills. Valid driver's license.
