ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan designed to achieve or surpass regional sales targets with continuous monitoring of territory performance.
- Partner closely with the inside sales team to manage and successfully identify new projects and close existing projects within the sales pipeline.
- Clearly communicate project details, timelines, and expectations with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of meaningful project opportunities with mechanical contractors, facility and property managers in the food & beverage, healthcare and hospitality sectors.
- Collaborate proactively with architects and mechanical plumbing engineers to structure ACO project specifications and ensure product alignment with design requirements.
- Promote ACO Building Drainage products, and secure market share over competitors.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and client meetings to identify new business opportunities and provide expert product guidance.
- Establish repeatable sales methodologies that foster long-term client relationships that drive sustainable and profitable growth.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including leads, project progress, and follow-ups.
- Represent ACO at trade shows, industry conferences, and client presentations, strengthening brand visibility, credibility, and market presence.

- A minimum of one-year previous outside sales experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on engineers, construction, and architecture is preferred.
- Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as simple construction drawings, blueprints, or requests for proposals.
- Ability to write professional correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Should possess the ability to compute percentages, discounts & margins.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Access, Excel, databases, and file management. Must be able to create documents and transfer files.
- Key boarding skills of 35 wpm, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft professional programs, Excel, Word, Power Point & Others.
- Proficient use of video conferencing equipment.
- Professional phone manners.
- Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
- Ability to travel within region by flight.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend daily.
- Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
- Ability to operate a computer for 1-2 hours per day.
- Ability to lift product up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
