At Acolad, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our North American team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the Data Service Localization Industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with clients. You will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level executives, and possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partnering with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting and acting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts and prospective accounts
