Job Summary: In this role, you will use a consultative approach to promote Acom products and customized solutions, including the selling of video/access control/burglary and fire systems in addition to those monitoring services to a wide range of new and existing medium to large commercial clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivate your pipeline through several avenues including market research, canvassing, cold calling, networking and referral sources.
- Evaluate customer needs and collaborate with your teammates/management to identify the proper solutions based on our portfolio of products and services
- Conduct and Develop product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals with prospects to showcase the value of our solutions for their business needs.
- Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.
- Create follow up tasks, generate proposals and administer all facets of the account and the sales process utilizing internal CRM software.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products/services and customers' issues and needs through training and research
What You Bring to Us:
- Successful Experience in B2B sales, relationship-based selling, and territory management.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals in your previous organizations.
- Willingness to establish your territory through in-person meetings and evaluations.
- Possessing existing contacts within the Property Management, Distribution, Facilities, Healthcare and/or Retail channels will foster an accelerated ramp up period.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test after accepting an offer for employment.
