Job SummaryThe Fire Sprinkler Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fire sprinkler system construction, service delivery, and workforce management to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and profitability. This role entails effectively managing labor resources, developing internal talent, delivering exceptional service to partners, collaborating with the sales team, and fostering the growth of field supervisors while continuously pursuing ongoing professional development.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Efficiently manage the construction backlog of fire sprinkler systems, ensuring projects are completed within established timelines while maintaining high quality standards and profitability.
· Oversee both internal and external labor resources to optimize efficiency and productivity in the execution of construction and service projects.
· Implement strategies to nurture and develop internal talent, aligning with company goals and objectives, to build a motivated and skilled workforce capable of achieving exceptional results.
· Deliver outstanding service to contractor partners and business-to-business clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Maintain strong relationships to enhance collaboration and mutual growth.
· Manage service delivery to match the high expectations set for new construction projects, with a primary focus on ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to contribute insights and expertise in developing effective solutions during the pursuit of new business opportunities.
· Act as a mentor to field supervisors, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet company goals and expectations.
· Pursue ongoing personal development in the fire sprinkler industry, striving to achieve certifications in Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) or system layout and design. Continuously enhance technical and professional skills to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.

Education and Experience:

· In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler system standards, regulations, and best practices.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively managing labor resources.
· Commitment to personal development through industry certifications and technical skill enhancement.
Prior experience collaborating with sales teams to develop business solutions is preferred.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
