ACORE’s Corporate Engagement team is looking for a new team member to be a force multiplier for our work with our 150 member companies. The Associate will get broad exposure to ACORE’s different teams and members. We are looking for someone who believes in exceptional customer service, seeks to solve problems quickly and creatively, and can execute both discrete tasks and bigger projects with equal ability.
The Associate will have the opportunity to engage directly with some of ACORE’s most important stakeholders. Salary for the Member Services Associate $55,000-$65,000.

- Maintain Member & Sponsor Records – Support record maintenance and data integrity in Salesforce and Mailchimp with entry and regular updates of member data and fundraising activities.
- Track Member Activity - Track member participation in meetings and events to monitor engagement and support relationship management
- Data Oversight - Refine and improve ACORE data member management processes to support organizational growth
- Invoice Management - Create and track status of membership and sponsorship invoices
- Customer Service – Ensure ACORE’s Executive Council members have access to all of their event and membership benefits
- Industry & Company Research – Develop backgrounders in advance of meetings with members and prospects
- Project Management Support – Track action items and deliverables for team projects
- Additional tasks as assigned, including but not limited to on-site staffing during conferences, special programs, and other opportunities related to membership engagement, both in-person and virtually
- Passion for Clean Energy. Clean energy is here and you are here for it with a general understanding of the industry.

- Strong attention to detail. You understand the importance of delivering accurate, high-quality work to customers and colleagues in a timely manner.
- Excellent Message Delivery. Your communication skills are clear, concise and creative.
- Project Management Expertise. You love it when a plan comes together and put into place the tools and processes to make sure it does.
- Collaboration. You don’t have a problem rolling up your sleeves to work on challenges, big or small, with teammates and members.
- Software Savvy. You have experience with Salesforce or another CRM and an ability to expand your expertise. Experience with Canva, Trello, and Excel are also helpful.
- 2 years of work experience.
