Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Front-End JavaScript Developer to join their development team. You will play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining the software powering innovative safety solutions. This position involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using JavaScript and frameworks.
- Work with customers to gather and understand requirements for features and functionality.
- Collaborate with a small team of developers, sharing development responsibilities and ensuring seamless integration.
- Function as a technical lead when needed, guiding the team through development processes.
- Perform code reviews to uphold code quality, consistency, and performance standards.
- Conduct testing to identify and resolve potential issues early in the development cycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript.
- Strong working knowledge of commonly used JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with front-end testing tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
- Working knowledge of 3D printer technology
