Position Summary:
Whitehall Manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to join our team as a Mobile Showroom Specialist. This role involves setting up, operating, and dismantling a 20-foot mobile showroom designed to showcase Whitehall's innovative healthcare products. The Mobile Showroom Specialist will travel extensively across North America, engaging with local sales managers, distributors, and end users, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting the broader sales team. This position offers significant potential for growth into a permanent sales role within the Whitehall division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel and Showroom Operations: Travel to various locations throughout North America (up to 90% of the time) to set up, operate, and take down the mobile showroom, ensuring a professional presentation at each stop.
- Product Knowledge and Articulation: Engage with potential clients, confidently and accurately demonstrating Whitehall products. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Whitehall's product line and industry applications.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with local sales managers and representatives, aligning sales goals and customer engagement strategies. Assist with follow-up from showroom visits as needed.
- Vehicle Management: Safely drive and manage a 20-foot mobile showroom vehicle, including the responsibility for its upkeep and basic maintenance.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Act as a trusted representative of Whitehall, cultivating strong customer relationships and building Whitehall’s reputation in various markets.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide timely reports on showroom activities, customer feedback, and sales opportunities. Communicate insights to help improve the customer experience and product positioning.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience with driving and managing large vehicles (such as a mobile showroom, RV, or truck).
- Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product details effectively. Sales experience or a willingness to pursue a sales role is a plus.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage schedules without direct supervision.
- Technical Aptitude: Technical understanding of products and their applications is advantageous.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability; must be trusted to represent Whitehall independently.
- References: Solid references attesting to work ethic, reliability, and ability to interact well with customers.

- Location: Proximity to a major airport hub to facilitate travel.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
