Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
- Welcome Clients & Patients: Greet pets and their people with a smile, gather key information, and check them in smoothly
- Manage Scheduling: Book appointments for exams, surgeries, and boarding services
- Keep Records in Check: Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Phone Management: Answer calls, relay messages, and triage according to clinic protocols.
- Lend a Paw with Patient Care: Provide food, water, and short walks for pets as needed.
- Communicate with Clients: Provide updates, instructions, and information in a friendly, professional manner.
- Handle Payments: Process transactions, issue invoices, and assist with billing inquiries
- Keep It Tidy: Maintain clean, organized reception and public areas.
- Educate Clients: Offer helpful information on pet health and wellness.
- Respond to Emergencies: Follow clinic procedures when urgent situations arise
Preferred Qualifications
- Stellar customer service skills with empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Solid computer skills – comfortable with scheduling software, email, and basic word processing.
- Strong organizational ability – you can multitask and stay on top of it all.
- A working knowledge of veterinary terms and procedures (or a willingness to learn!).
- Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs and stay active on your feet.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes surgical and multi-faceted medical equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, an in-house laboratory, a pharmacy, and so much more! We pride ourselves on having all the bells and whistles so that we can provide the highest quality care possible for our patients. We provide complete care including preventative and wellness, radiology, dentistry, surgery, rehabilitation, hospitalization capabilities, daytime ER care (if our schedule allows), in-house bloodwork, and end-of-life care. We also partner with our local community, including a Licensed Dog Trainer, who works with our patients on behavior management.
