Position Title: Customer Support Administrative Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
Assist Customer Support team and management with administrative functions and tasks. Must be able to work under pressure, multi-task and handle confidential matters with discretion.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Complete customer forms
- 3rd Party Payer Accounts
- 3rd Party Inspections
- Removals
- Reinstalls
- Configuration Changes
- Confirmation calls for all appointments at 48 hour and 24 hours
- Clearing voicemails and returning calls
- Reads and routes incoming mail
- Assist in organizing accident/incident folders
- Call transcriptions for accident/incident report investigations
- Create and post outgoing letters
- Out of Specification Usage
- Full and Final Settlement
- Contact Request
- Gratis Extension
- Package and post
- Orthopedic Cushions
- Welcome Packs
- Quick User Guide Posters
- Order Amendments
- Refund Requisitions
- Tracking Customer Relations emails
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes
- Book operations travel as needed (back-up)
- Projects and reports assigned by management
- Observes all health/safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
- Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
