Position Title: Sales - Liaisons
POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Sales Liaison is responsible in coordinating with surveyors to monitor and organize scheduled appointments, average sale price and objection handling in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Manage surveyors’ daily schedules and exchange client information. Updating reports as necessary and ensuring accurate information is entered as needed.
- Review pre-appointment notes and create a game plan to assist surveyors maximize potential to close sales onsite.
- Assist surveyors’ with technical questions to determine feasibility of install in regards to stairs, staircase environments and customer dimensions.
- Assist surveyors’ with negotiations and pricing while onsite and during their 7-day follow up period. Offer options to overcome customer objections.
- Identify possible improvements within department.
- Promotes professional communication between sales and various departments to ensure efficiency through daily operations.
- Engage in communication with surveyors via email and the chat function, while on-site and off-site.
- Oversee the pending order list, facilitating installation date coordination between surveyors and customers.
- Primarily conduct conference calls with surveyors, disseminating new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and communicating changes and weekly/monthly goals.
- Provide technical support to resolve issues with surveyors tablet and other tools essential for efficient job performance.
- Gather and process payments for both surveyors and customers as required.
- Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and three to four years sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit.
The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
