POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Admin is responsible for providing excellent customer service through effectively scheduling and supporting external and internal sales staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain, track, route and schedule all Surveys to be performed within Acorn policy, procedure, and customer service guidelines.
- Communicates changes in schedule to surveyors as needed.
- Contacts scheduled clients to potentially move appointments forward to maximize efficiency.
- Communicate Surveyor availability to Regional Manager to maximize scheduling efficiency.
- Reschedule or move appointments as needed while maintaining qualified survey definitions to maximize scheduling efficiency.
- Send sales reports to managers when instructed.
- Process all order amendments, referral checks and refund requests for customers. Edit and print order forms when changes are necessary.
- Support and provide feedback to management regarding the fundamentals of a call. Focusing on introduction, general profile, product linkage, objection handling, suitability, misrepresentation and information not covered.
- Ensure Agents adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Collect and document trending quality issues.
- Work special projects assigned by management to identify concerns with call quality and suitability.
- Observes all health/safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
- Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

- Must be computer savvy using applications Microsoft Office, Windows PC.
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
