Warehouse Associate
GENERAL SUMMARY
Receives, stores, and distributes material, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reads production order sheets to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
- Pick & record all serial numbers pulled for each product on the build sheet or scan out picked required product to order.
- Mark material with order numbers and other identifying information (rail length, number of packages in shipment).
- Package boxes and record weights and counts on items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company & UPS standards.
- Stage orders in predetermined distribution area for final inspection by Warehouse Supervisor.
- Gather and distribute parts orders.
- Maintain parts room inventory.
- Help perform End of Month counts & scans.
- Unload containers. Sort and place material on racks, shelves are assigned warehouse storage areas to predetermined sequence such as product type and size using fork lift, pallet jack or heavy lifting. Check product for anomalies.
- Keep work area clean and general assistance of housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Follow posted safety guidelines.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 125 pounds.
- Use the ADP system to review punches & submit PTO requests
- Other warehouse duties may be assigned.

There may be other tasks from time to time in regards to your position and you should make yourself available to be trained and learn these aspects as a priority.
