Position Title: Warehouse Inventory Lead
GENERAL SUMMARY
Inventory Lead will be responsible for all aspects of inventory control, including but not limited to receiving of inventory, inventory counts. Inventory Admin are responsible for reconciling all inventory counts and adjustments for month end reporting to management. Inventory lead will assist in checking orders, spot checks and ensuring the correct product is going out of the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Systematically Receive all incoming shipments
· Complete Routine Daily/ weekly inventory counts
· Lead end of month full inventory count
· Manage all inventory discrepancies
· Communicate with management any issues with inventory
· Assist in developing and maintaining warehouse location labelling
· Comply with corporate policies & procedures.
· Maintain personal workspace & common areas in a neat and presentable manner.
· Use the ADP system to submit daily punches & PTO requests
· Perform other duties as needed.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
· Monthly inventories are scheduled, reconciled & completed in a timely manner.
· All incoming shipments are received in timely fashion
· All stock is being rotated based on FIFO.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
