**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Lead with Impact:** Inspire and guide our talented Retail Service Merchandisers/Lead Merchandisers. From recruitment to performance management, your leadership will shape our success.
**Project Mastery:** Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality results. You’ll verify schedules, allocate resources, and troubleshoot any challenges.
**Collaborate:** Partner with store personnel and our PREMIUM team to achieve merchandising excellence. Discuss schedules, adapt to changes, and build lasting relationships.
**Safety First:** Proactively identify and address safety concerns to create a secure work environment.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Qualifications:**
**Leadership Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in management or supervisory roles. Sales, retail, or customer service background preferred.
**Effective Communication:** Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly.
**Tech-Savvy:** Proficient in web-based applications, email, and Microsoft Office.
**Physical Stamina:** Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and working in varying environmental conditions.
