You will visit a local Nordstrom to engage shoppers and demonstrate all the reasons why Dyson hair styling tools are pioneering and the best that money can buy! Dyson's Supersonic hair dryer, Airwrap styler, Airstrait wet to dry straightener, and Corrale cordless straightener have revolutionized the beauty industry by combining cutting-edge mechanical technology with stunning design. As a Dyson Beauty Expert, you will have the opportunity to represent these exceptional products and make a significant impact on customers' personal styling routines. Many of our best Beauty Advisors freelance with other companies associated with haircare or cosmetics brands. The ideal candidate has an enthusiastic attitude and passion for the beauty industry, can easily connect with people, and will be able to confidently perform fundamental curling and straightening techniques during in-store demo sessions. Join our team to create memorable experiences and share your expertise with customers so they can look and feel their best every day! **Schedule and Main Location** 16 hours per weekend Saturdays; 10:30am-5:30pm and Sundays; 11:00am-7:00pm Nordstrom in Lone Tree and Sephora in Littleton **What We Offer** $25.00-$28.00per hour, commensurate with experience Cosmetologists with current licenses may earn higher pay rate 401(k) plan with employer match Paid online training to certify you on Dyson product knowledge Upscale and interactive work environment W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule Paid time off **Duties** Share enthusiasm about the Dyson brand with store associates and customers Conduct interactive styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups Provide engaging beauty consultations and expert product knowledge advice to increase sales Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence Help maintain visual product display standards at shopfront Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors Participate in paid training sessions and team conference calls Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift **Qualifications** Valid cosmetology licensepreferred, but not required High energy and strong relationship-building skills Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment Experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales preferred Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
