- Providing status reports on a scheduled basis to members of the team

- Overseeing quality control throughout the project life cycle
- Managing change controls and scope creep

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and the project sponsors/stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans for small to medium projects and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and project sponsors/stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Ability to liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Identify and secure resources throughout the project life cycle.
- Manage project expectations with team members and project sponsors/stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ability to gain commitment of the team.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members and manage conflict resolution
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations when necessary.
- Manage project scope, change controls, and develop contingency plans.
- Define project success criteria and communicate to team.
- Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and close out projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education and Work Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent in industry name required.
- Project Management Certification preferred.
- 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of project
- management and execution.
- 3 years Human Resources experience.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution, motivating and team building.
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Previous experience in mergers & acquisitions strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Competent and proficient understanding of platforms.
- Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies.
