Key Responsibilities:
As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart, you will be responsible for driving product availability and ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love.

Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who can work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings, as well as those who can start work between 6am-9am and work up to 12 hours per day. You must be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device and navigating multiple applications at the same time. You must also be able to represent Acosta and Acosta clients in your assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
What It Takes To Succeed:
- Owning your store(s) and building relationships with store associates, store managers and Acosta team members.
- Working independently as an Acosta representative but remembering you are an extension of the Walmart family.
- Effectively communicating with store associates, store managers and Acosta team members.
- Leveraging the support of and sharing best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through various communication channels.
Tools And Equipment:
You will need access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple retail locations in your area as part of your daily schedule. This role requires a high level of independence and flexibility, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
