Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising activities at Walmart stores on behalf of our clients.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked. You will work independently, but also collaborate with Walmart store management and associates to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores and place it on the floor
- Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers can find what they need
- Face products to make sure shelves look appealing
- Install and place promotional materials as instructed
- Build displays to showcase client products
- Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- You must have reliable transportation to get to multiple retail locations
- You must have a smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos
