About the Job:
We are seeking a talented Retail Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising activities at Walmart stores on behalf of our clients. Your primary objective will be to drive product availability and ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores and place it on the floor
- Stock and pack out products to ensure shoppers can find what they need
- Face products to make sure shelves look appealing
- Install and place promotional materials as instructed
- Build displays to showcase client products
- Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
What We're Looking For:
- You must be 18 years of age or older
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- You must have reliable transportation to get to multiple retail locations
- You must have a smartphone with access to data and internet to report and upload photos
