Retail Service Lead Merchandisers at the Acosta Group are responsible for representing our clients and customers by effectively leading and performing reset and remodel work, including the proper implementation of plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills, able to work well in a team or independently.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a team lead in the organization and execution of resets, partnering with store personnel for scheduling and communication.
- Read and follow plan-o-grams to complete resets, having a working knowledge of merchandising and retail terminology.
- Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips, attaching tags, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, processing packouts, restocks, and reorders as necessary.
- Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discussing changes and building effective working relationships.
- Report and discuss observations and issues with immediate supervisors.
