You will serve as a specialized brand ambassador, working inside a local Best Buy to engage shoppers, train store associates, and demonstrate all the reasons why Dyson home care products are pioneering time-savers and the best that money can buy! As a Seasonal Dyson Sales Expert, youwill play a pivotal role in introducing Dyson's revolutionary home cleaning and maintenance solutions to inspire customers. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing demeanor, passion for the latest consumer technology, and be driven to transform ordinary shoppers into Dyson enthusiasts by showcasing all of their cutting-edge features. Join us this holiday season to help bring innovative solutions to households everywhere! **SCHEDULE** 16 hours per weekend Saturdays & Sundays 10:30am - 7:00pm This is a temporary promotional program running October through December 31, 2023 **WHAT WE OFFER** The Wage Range for this Position is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour commensurate with Experience $250 program completion bonus Paid online training program to certify you on Dyson product knowledge W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule **DUTIES** _Sales & Demonstration_ Conduct demo presentations to individuals and groups Drive store sales to achieve or exceed product sales goals Maintain visual merchandising standards at shopfront Share successes and potential opportunities with leadership Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift _Education & Training_ Share enthusiasm about the Dyson Brand to all store associates and customers Convey expert knowledge of the full range of technology Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and associates Participate in both initial training sessions and team conference calls **QUALIFICATIONS** Background in sales, retail, and/or customer service Access to reliable vehicle transportation to travel to assigned location Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor Available to work weekends from October through December Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Equal Opportunity Employer _ActionLink, in good faith, believes that this posted range of compensation is the accurate range for this role at the time of this posting.
