We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Sales Professional to join our team at the Acosta Group.
About the Role:
As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will be responsible for connecting customers with wireless products and solutions they want and need. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing your sales skills and product knowledge to close deals and meet sales goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
- Proactively initiate conversations with customers and explain wireless solutions in simple terms.
- Recommend personalized solutions and baskets to clients.
- Teach clientele how to utilize their new products through successful setup and activation.
- Maintain display areas and ensure optimal stock levels.

Requirements:
- You must possess a high-energy personality and natural ability to initiate conversations with customers.
- You should demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
- You must be driven to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
- You should uphold the Acosta Group's name by providing exceptional service while displaying integrity.
- You must be able to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
- You should maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.
No prior sales experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.
