We are looking for talented individuals to join our Wireless Sales team as Brand Advocacy & Sales Professionals. As one of our team members, your retail efforts will sincerely connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions they want & need.

**Job Description:**
As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling. You will proactively start conversations with shoppers, explain wireless solutions in simple terms, recommend personalized solutions, and teach customers how to enjoy their new products.
You will also be responsible for keeping wireless planogram displays fully stocked and flawless.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to display a high-energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers. Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment is also essential.
Staying hungry to excel in an uncapped commission sales role and living up to Premium's name by providing fantastic service while displaying integrity are key characteristics of our ideal candidate.
The ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hours shifts and maintaining flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays is required.
No prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is necessary, but you must be driven to learn. We will teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.
