Responsibilities

Specifically, we are looking for a full-time Associate Creative Director who challenges conventional thinking, can tell a killer story (or joke), and is obsessed with ideas. From leading a junior team to rolling up your sleeves to crack an idea, we're looking for someone who can lead and loves doing the work.

Qualifications

6 years agency experienceStrong conceptual thinker : you're obsessed with ideas and what makes the best ones better than the restOpen to Copy or Art backgroundTraditional experience is a must, XM / below the line experience is a plusStrong presenter who can sell ideas to clients in a confident and compelling wayGreat hang - willing collaborator & creative community memberCulture vulture with deep tentacles and interests in culture, food, tech, music, television, etc.
