What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Partner - Retail position at Acosta Sales & Marketing?
Responsibilities:
- Clarify client expectations for the leadership team and continually validate that we are meeting and exceeding outlined expectations.
- Provide extensive, insightful analysis recommendations and product performance for assigned national and/or regional retail circuits.
- Coordinate all new initiatives and client-specific reporting. Integrate them into the business, attends all relevant meetings and works on further developing the relationship with external client teams.
- Communicate confidently and concisely with executive-level contacts within the company, clients and assigned retail circuits while providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis.
