Job Description
The Enterprise Marketing Corporate Art Director leads a team of graphic designers ensuring quality, consistency and impact of all design work. This position includes creative leadership and direction as well as tactical design support in all areas supporting Acosta Group's business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, supporting their growth and development.
- Provide creative direction and oversee quality, consistency and accuracy as it relates to overall brand strategy, specific project objectives, and enterprise standards
- Promote a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence
- Identify development opportunities for the graphic design team
- Visually tell stories that align with agency and / or our clients' vision(s)
- Design presentations, sales materials, advertisements and more in support of Acosta Group priorities
- Collaborate with enterprise marketing team members to ensure design consistency across deliverables
- Participate in creative decision-making process to inform the continuous evolution of enterprise brands
- Manage workflows to meet deadlines and allocate design resources effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to continually enhance creative offerings
- Develop an intricate understanding of and lead adherence to agency-specific brand standards
- Navigate multiple rounds of design feedback from various stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required and / or assigned
