Job Description
In this highly visible role, you lead a team that is a critical bridge between Mosaic and its clients in defining and establishing the measurement and analytics approach. Your primary responsibility is to understand client needs and preferences, deliver actionable insights that support client decisions, and establish program impact.
You will lead a team to support analytics business requirements, set standard lead times with the client service team and deliver consistent, high-quality outputs that surprise and delight clients. Additionally, you will partner with the Sr. Director to support team vision, strategic initiatives, and tasks that progress measurement and other analytical services within the Strategy and BI group.
This includes but is not limited to working with clients (internal & external) to define the scope of each project, engaging, and directing internal & / or external analytics partners, quoting / pricing, project management, and client presentations.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Complex Project Consulting : Utilize consulting and project management skills to lead a diverse team during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, execution and delivery. Manage and communicate scope of work, schedule, and budget to provide our clients with meaningful solutions is areas of program measurement, testing and experimentation, ad-hoc insights, coverage optimization, and thought leadership.
- Team Leadership & Management : Engage and direct analytics team members on the overall vision, mission, and daily execution centered on Acosta Group's vision while managing the growth and development on team members.
- Capabilities Coordination : Work with account leadership, operations, and field teams to coordinate the strategy, execution, and standardization of our sales execution analytical and strategy services.
- Data Analysis - Perform measurement and analysis for clients that produce insights that drive decisions
- Technical Growth : Steer technology, personnel and analytical development to maintain a best in class team. This includes dedicated study, team training, mentorship, and technical advancement in sales and marketing analytics.
- Strategy and BI Innovation : Collaborate with Strategy and BI leaders to develop new services, tools and workflows to progress team strategic initiatives and business development with the fields of business intelligence, measurement, storytelling and insights, data science and ML, data engineering and management, or GIS and spatial analytics.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications-Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Geography, Economics Required
Master's Degree Preferred
5 to 8 years work experience
1 to 3 years supervisory experience
