Job Description:
The Client Solutions Manager is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the company and our clients. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and expand business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clarify client expectations and validate that we are meeting or exceeding their outlined expectations.
- Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on product performance for assigned national and/or regional retail circuits.
- Coordinate new initiatives and client-specific reporting, integrating them into the business and attending relevant meetings.
- Communicate effectively with executive-level contacts within the company, clients, and assigned retail circuits, providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis.
- Work collaboratively with the client account team to develop account plans and strategies.
- Manage client service issues, responding to and resolving them in a timely manner while balancing customer satisfaction, quality, and relevance.
- Manage communication of client expectations throughout the entire account team.
- Collaborate with internal account leadership to provide actionable strategy recommendations to drive sales in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with four or more years of management experience in a merchandising/marketing environment or similar combinations of education and experience.
- Proven success in senior-level client relationship development and management.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks.
- Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the client.
- Professional attitude and strong leadership skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and ability to balance multiple demands.
- Experience directly managing employees.
- Advanced/ expert understanding and ability to use Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
