About the role :
You combine your sales savvy with analytical skills and tools to uncover new opportunities. Your skill at cold calling allows you to connect with strangers via phone and engage in conversation to learn more about their company, role, and projects. You uncover new project opportunities and connect to opportunities found via real estate news.
By working closely with a specific metropolitan area and the regional team in Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Special Projects, you will develop a fast-growing regional pipeline and multiply results in your assigned area. As you develop in the role, youll develop relationships with influential partners in architecture & design, corporate real estate, general contractors, and installers.
Through your exceptional combination of sales skills and analytical ability, you will go home each day satisfied in your contribution to a fast-growing organization which you can quickly impact quickly by identifying and connecting with new opportunities each day.
About you :
- Experience making outbound phone calls as part of the sales process
- Strong relationship skills to turn cold calls into meaningful conversations about opportunities
- Experience with database tools like ZoomInfo, Appollo, Seamless, Cognism, RocketReach, and Manta to gather contact intelligence
- Strong analytical skills to review CRM and real estate news to identify new opportunities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer data and interactions
- Expertly navigate and contribute to business development and lead generation efforts
