About you:
You're a problem-solver with strong technical and collaborative skills who will enhance and maintain internal systems, with a focus on Salesforce. You will make system improvements, be involved with data management and integrations that will optimize operations.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and Apex development
- Have experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
- Knowledgeable of databases and data modeling
- Familiar with Git and scripting languages
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deploy effective communication and exhibit multitasking abilities
- Demonstrate a collaborative and customer-focused mindset
About the role:
Salesforce administration and development:
- Customize Salesforce with workflows, flows, and custom objects
- Develop Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Manage integrations with other systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues
System tasks and Improvements:
- Maintain and update internal systems for stability
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Document configurations and workflows
Data management and documentation:
- Ensure data quality and perform regular audits
- Document data workflows and integrations
Collaboration and training:
- Gather system requirements from stakeholders
- Train users on system capabilities
- Provide technical guidance to team members
General qualifications and education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration or development, focusing on Salesforce
- Salesforce certifications preferred
