The Project Manager provides essential management of resources to ensure successful completion of the project by establishing timelines and milestones in collaboration with owners, vendors, other construction trades and internal ACP resources. They have responsibility over scheduling necessary internal resources and protecting ACP interests by ensuring site readiness and by facilitating clear information in a timely manner throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and document the project objectives, scope, requirements and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that tracks the progress, risks, issues and dependencies of the project.
- Utilize available PM software to track installation timelines for all phases of the project.
- Obtain and read all contract documents including, but not limited to: bid drawings and specifications, contract, project workbook, subcontractor scopes of work and construction schedule.
- Manage the project budget and ensure that the project resources are allocated and utilized efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and motivate the project team and ensure that they have the skills, tools and guidance to deliver project outcomes.
- Provide consistent communiation of job progress to all stakeholders.
- Work with the customers and stakeholders to create and manage the project schedule.
- Coordinate with Professional Services Manager to assign/schedule personnel for installation.
- Manage the project quality and ensure that the project deliverables meet the expectations and standards of the stakeholders and clients.
- Manage the project communication and ensure that the project status, issues, and changes are reported and escalated appropriately.
- Manage the project closure and ensure that the project documentation, lessons learned and feedback are captured and shared.
- Proactively manage the change order process.
- Coordinate training for client.
- Maintain Daily Activity Log & Submit hours into the time accounting tool to include in Project.
- Regular in person attendance is required.

Knowledge, Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A moderate level of knowledge in IT terminology and processes
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, MCPM, CAPM, Agile) is preferred.
