BECOMING OUR LEAD PAINTER - CREW LEADER:
Your responsibilities encompass maintaining open lines of professional communication with clients and unwavering adherence to rigorous quality standards. Meticulously following approved plans and specifications, you'll strategically devise schedules aligned with critical project milestones and completion dates. Providing clear and effective guidance to your team ensures the precise realization of project objectives. Active participation in project meetings will showcase your adeptness in proactive problem-solving, and your efficient management of materials will present work sites in a consistently clean, organized, and professional manner. Additionally, you'll nurture the professional development of your crew, fostering a positive and vibrant work environment that aligns perfectly with our corporate culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly skilled Lead Hand with 5 years of experience managing crew members on site
- Knowledge about alkyd materials and paint chemistry, including vehicle, binder, and pigment
- Knowledge of MSDS and tech datasheet uses
- Knowledge of job costing and the ability to estimate small jobs up to $1,500
- Basic carpentry skills including the ability to replace, install, and repair fascia board, door trim, door casings, and baseboards
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
