Painting Estimator - Sales Rep

ACP Painting, LLC. in Maricopa, AZ is looking to hire a full-time Painting Estimator - Sales Rep to sell our residential painting services while building strong and lasting relationships with our customers. This estimation position earns a competitive salary of $26,000 per year OR $500 per week, plus a minimum sales commission of 4.5% of sales per month with no caps on commission. A 1% kicker will be added for reaching $85,000 in monthly sales. Our sales representatives can earn up to $100,000 per year. We provide great benefits, including 40 hours of sick pay annually. Wait there's more! After 60 days of employment, we offer dental, vision, health, and supplemental insurance benefits. After 90 days of employment, employees receive an accrual of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and a discounted corporate gym membership. After 1 year of employment, we also offer a SIMPLE IRA program plan. We even match your contribution up to 4% of your yearly salary with this program. In this full-time estimation position, you are crucial to the continued growth of our company! Each day, you sell our services to new clients and generate accurate job estimates based on our customers' needs. A proven critical thinker, you examine the information you collect about potential jobs to establish your estimates. You easily start conversations with new leads, quickly building trust and sparking interest in our services.
