Position: Business Development Representative
Location: Woodridge, Illinois
Salary: $50,000 base Uncapped commissions
First-Year OTE: $75,000-$90,000

We specialize in aligning industry-leading thought leaders to collaborate and drive an impact within their industry and organization. We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives to help fuel our continued success.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative at ACP, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by generating leads, building relationships, and acquiring new clients. This is a heavily outbound-focused role, where your success will be directly tied to your ability to create new opportunities and convert leads into long-term accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct heavy outbound prospecting to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, focusing on acquiring new accounts for the business.
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Travel to ACP’s prestigious events (all expenses paid) to connect with key clients at 5-star resorts such as the Ritz Carlton in Miami.
- Utilize our top-notch sales tools and training to drive your success and maximize your commission potential.
- Report on sales activity, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- A Bachelor’s Degree, an Associate’s Degree with 3 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, a degree in sales, sales internship experience, or active participation in a collegiate sales club/organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation abilities, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- The ability to overcome challenges with resilience and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goals.
- A strong willingness and ability to learn.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
- Willingness to travel to attend events as part of your role.

- Competitive base salary of $50,000, with uncapped commission-earning potential.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) of ~$75,000-$90,000 in your first year.
