Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator Inside/Outside Sales professional to join our growing team. This role combines client engagement, job site assessments, and sales expertise to provide tailored solutions to our customers' asphalt paving and repair needs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to new sales calls and inquiries within set time lines.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Conduct on-site measurements and assessments.
- Prepare detailed estimates and proposals.
- Evaluate and understand blueprints to make accurate take offs.
- Present and sell services to customers.
- Follow up with clients to keep them informed of updates.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within set deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Drive is a plus.
- Computer skills necessary.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints.
- Excellent rapport-building and client relationship skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and deadlines.
- Ability to consistently engage with potential customers, nurture leads, and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Strong work ethic.

This safe harbor matching contribution is 100% vested.
