ACQ Holdings, LLC is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our short term consumer loan company to fill additional demands due to growth.
This job opening is for Monday through Friday, ~9:00 a.m. - 6 p.m.
This position is in a fast paced, call center environment and entails spending 85% of your day on the phone assisting customers. You will be answering inbound customer service calls to assist customers who are applying for loans and making daily outbound calls to offer promotions to new customers, existing customers and respond to customer service requests.
We love technology and believe this would be a good fit for someone who is comfortable working on multiple platforms of customer communication such as email, chat, text, and phone. We have our own proprietary software so a basic overall level of comfort with computers and other software programs is preferred.
The ideal candidate should:
- Show high level attention to detail
- Have strong communication and phone skills
- Have strong overall computer skills
- Be able to work efficiently at a fast pace
- Enjoy problem solving and multitasking
- A willingness to assume additional responsibilities as needed
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 85% of the time.
- Have at least 1 year of customer service experience
- Background in SALES is a plus

This requires someone who can be patient, personable, and detail oriented at the same time to provide a high quality customer service experience for our customers.

Salary: $17.00 /hour, once training is completed you will receive a $1 raise to $18.00/hour. PLUS we are now offering a NEW Bonus Structure as well!
