Key Sales Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers in person to assess their requirements and provide customized recommendations to drive sales.
- Partner with the outreach and sales team to identify and educate eligible customers, ensuring a seamless enrollment sales process.
- Assess customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations for their homes.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Facilitate the full signup process for new customers.
- Attend daily sales meetings and occasional webinars to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, leveraging referrals and repeat business.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings to provide customers with the best options.
Qualifications Sales Enrollment Representative:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly in in-person interactions.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with customers in assigned territories.
