What we are looking for
We are looking for an innovative and mission-driven Healthcare Developer to play a pivotal role in building and improving upon Acqueon's critical solutions for the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that support healthcare clients, ensuring seamless integration with Epic and other healthcare platforms.The Developer will work with other product-focused departments and engineers to understand Acqueon's business strategy and work together to oversee the development, execution, and continuous innovation of our cloud-based Patient Assist platform.
As a Healthcare Developer in Acqueon you will
- Work with a team of strong developers, working on large-scale, complex, and cutting-edge systems.
- Develop and integrate solutions with Epic Systems , including EHR / EMR modules.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom development and system enhancements.
- Work on interoperability solutions including FHIR, HL7, API integrations , and other data exchange standards.
- Optimize system performance and scalability for healthcare applications.
- Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.
- Plan and implement the vision, technology roadmap, and system developments in accordance with the business roadmap.
- Operate with scale and speed, amidst flux in the fast-paced environment.
- Manage the development and delivery of complex features from design to production according to product requirements.
- Ensure that risks and issues are identified and managed closely while driving all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
