We currently have a client servicing some of the largest fortune 500 clients seeking to add additional staff to their field account management team. This role would be entry level until training was completed then they would have an opportunity to move into upper level management.
Our clients mission is to deliver exceptional service and increase brand awareness for their clients. They are seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to lead part of their residential and retail team in developing and executing national brand campaigns that drive awareness and increase demand for their client products & services nationally.
Our client provides a unique and diverse culture, making this role for the Entry Level Account Managers' team to feel connected and valued by the client, company and their customers.
Entry Level Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Help with training & development of all product / service knowledge and run team meetings.
- Assist with daily sales training, and execute sales techniques in the field to drive and increase sales production and customer acquisition in their residential campaigns / retail campaigns.
- Enhance brand awareness and increase knowledge of our clients by attending all walkthroughs with clients, attend all compliance and onboarding meetings, and in office meetings
- Drive interest and leads through the retail funnels by talking to consumers
- Maintain all compliance standards and expectations, and execute daily communication standards with clients, staff, and consumers
- Create meaningful face to face relationships and customer rapport. While completing all sales from start to finish
- Work within home improvement, technology, and government programs
We Are On The Lookout For An Entry Level Account Representative Who is:
- Detail oriented and ability to problem solve
- Experienced as a Team Lead, Account Manager, Client Relations Associate, Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or similar roles in retail
- Able to quickly adapt quickly to environment
- Ability to adapt to working with multiple types of customers
- Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Eager to expand business knowledge across multiple departments and execute new skills
- Ability to increase sales and brand awareness
