As the newest member of our In-Store Team, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience. Your role will involve providing customers with outstanding products and services in the dynamic fields of technology and telecommunications. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, while simultaneously driving sales and enhancing customer retention.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers, team members, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Proficient in POS Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately process transactions and provide efficient customer checkout experiences.
• On-Site Retail Presence: Be available on-site at retail locations throughout your shift, offering assistance to customers and maintaining a positive and active presence.
• Collaborative Team Player: Work well with fellow team members and management, willingly assisting with additional tasks as needed, fostering a harmonious work environment.
• Customer Relationship Building: Connect with customers from diverse backgrounds, creating positive relationships through genuine engagement and exceptional service.
• Sales and Goal-oriented: Utilize persuasive techniques, product knowledge, and closing skills to contribute to sales targets, driving revenue growth and success for the retail team.
